Sadie and Kyla were both accepted into BYU's preschool program but they both got into the afternoon class. I put Sadie on the waiting list and was able to move her to the morning classes because I wanted her to be at school at the same time as Sienna. I was so excited over the summer when Sharee let me know that she was also able to move Kyla to the morning class UNTIL we got our teacher assignments and of course, they were not put in the same class. SERIOUSLY?! We were sad that the two of them wouldn't be in the same class but at least they still get to see each other at recess and during drop off and pick up times. They even get to ride home together sometimes.
I cannot tell you how much I love that Brandon and Matt are doing their MBA's together and that I get to see Sharee so much more this year. Between MBASA, preschool, intramurals and just getting together to hang out, Sharee and I have been able to see each other nearly every day this school year. Sharee is one of my dearest friends and I often get emotional thinking we might end up on opposite sides of the country come April but I hold out hope that we might just end up in the same place again! I hope she knows how much I love her and appreciate her friendship because the last few five plus years would not have been nearly as great without her. It isn't just me but Matt and the kids feel the exact same way about all of the Poyfairs!! We love them and look forward to many years of basketball, ROOK, dinners and dates. Some of those might be more difficult if we really do end up living hundreds of miles away but I know that we've made some life long friends and regardless of distance, we'll stay friends forever.
Here are a couple pictures of the girls after class.
