Tanner is constantly amazing all of us with the things he says and comprehends. He speaks so well for a two year old and more specifically for a little boy. His vocabulary is one thing but his comprehension takes it to a whole new level. We get comments all the time about how sharp he is and he never ceases to amaze us or make us laugh.
While pointing at the girls individually he said, "Abby, Sadie, Sienna ...HEY! Where are my brothers?"
"Abby is my bwest friend."
Today when I got home I was putting him to bed and was pretending to sleep in his spot. He said, "Mom, get out of my bed! GET OUT OF MY BED! Mommy, you going to trouble." (We ask him if he wants to go to trouble meaning timeout when he's being naughty.)
Tanner: "I am going outside. I get my shoes and my coat." Me: "Tanner, you don't need a coat." Tanner: "Okay, I'll get a jacket."
Tanner came out of his bed and came upstairs to tattle on Sadie.
"Dad, Sadie said, 'smart bum'. Sadie naughty. Come on. Come talk to her." (With his hand in the air grasping his fist to get Matt to follow him.) How does he know how to tattle already?
