Big Basin

Nothing beats falling off the grid as a family. We sneaked off for a night of no work, no phones, lots of climbing, amazing food, and too much fun as a family in the mountains. It was perfect, and now we get to head home for some soccer games tomorrow and church on Sunday. This is the best kind of weekend.

Field Trip with Sadie

I love when I get to join my kids on their field trips. Today I got to go with Sadie to a "Rancho" and learn how to make corn flour, make rope, and other fun things.

Sweet Ride

Our friends are pretty much the coolest people around. Tanner loves when he gets to go home with ether Otto (in the back with his mom driving) or Daniel. I'm excited for these boys to have each other over the next several years.

Quick Trip Home

There are a lot of different forms of therapy. My dad and I prefer to go for long drives in one of his sweet rides.

I was able to quickly fly to Utah for my Grandpa Hawkins funeral. I love my family. I got to see all of my siblings and both mine and Matt's parents. I was able to visit with many of my cousins and say goodbye to my grandpa. It's hard to believe that all of my grandparents have now passed on. I love them and am grateful for all they did that helped shape my parents into the people they are and for the life they have all helped give me.
